- Attach copy of Teacher Profile from NCISM and candidate copy/email regarding generation of Teacher Code by NCISM, if available.
- 9. Research publications:
- Proof of publications in indexed journals (e.g., UGC‑CARE/Scopus/Web of Science), if claimed.
- 10. Category certificates:
- SC/ST/OBC/EBC (with Non‑Creamy Layer), EWS certificate as per Bihar Government rules; PwBD/Ex‑servicemen certificates if claiming reservation.
