How to Apply
- 1. Portal:
- bceceboard.bihar.gov.in - 'Online Portal of Senior Resident / Tutor under Health Dept.', then 'Apply for Senior Resident / Tutor', then New Registration
- 2. Step one:
- Registration using the candidate's own or a parent's email and mobile number; both are verified by separate codes and cannot be changed after verification
- 3. Step two:
- Department selection, personal information, contact details, educational information, and upload of photograph and signature including a live photograph
- 4. Step three:
- Preview and final submission; an application not finally submitted with the fee paid within the prescribed time is rejected
- 5. Step four:
- Counselling fee paid online only by debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI, with a processing charge in addition. The fee is not refunded
Selection Process
- 1. Stage:
- Subject-wise provisional list followed by document verification counselling
Reservation Details
- 1. Basis:
- The panel is prepared according to the reservation prescribed by the state government
- 2. Certificates:
- Reserved-category applicants must attach a caste certificate issued by the competent authority
- 3. Domicile:
- Reservation benefit applies only to original residents of Bihar, on submission of a non-creamy-layer certificate; applicants not submitting one are treated as unreserved
- 4. Horizontal:
- Women, persons with disabilities and grandchildren of freedom fighters receive reservation per General Administration Department rules
Document Requirements
- 1. Matriculation:
- Admit card, original mark-sheet or certificate of matriculation or equivalent
- 2. Primary degree:
- MBBS or BDS mark sheets (Parts I, II and III), passing certificate and attempt certificate
- 3. Speciality:
- Mark sheet and passing certificate of the speciality subject
- 4. Higher degrees:
- Certificate of Ph.D., DM, MCh or M.Sc.
- 5. Registration:
- Medical registration certificate
- 6. Employer:
- No objection certificate where the applicant is in service
