- Educational qualification: MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from a recognised university or AICTE-approved institution. PGDBM renamed as PGDM after 2007 is accepted. No equivalent or renamed degree outside the specified ones is recognised.

- Educational qualification: (a) B.Com degree from a recognised university together with Chartered Accountancy; or (b) B.Com from a recognised university with 5 years of experience as Assistant Accounts Officer or an equivalent post in the Central or Bihar Government, or in their undertakings or corporations.
3. Accountant (Lekhapal)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational qualification: B.Com from a recognised university with a C.A. Inter degree.
4. Quality Controller (Gunvatta Niyantrak)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational qualification: B.Sc (Agriculture), or Food Science, or Food Science & Technology, or Agriculture Engineering, or Biotechnology, or B.Tech or B.E. from a recognised university or an AICTE-approved institution.
5. Lower Division Clerk (Nimnavargiya Lipik)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational qualification: Graduate from a recognised university with proficiency in computer operation and computer typing.
