- 12. Second part of the form:
- After logging in with the registration number and password, the candidate fills in father's or husband's name, mother's name, address and educational qualification in the second part of the form and agrees to the declaration

- A valid and active mobile number and e-mail id, registered in the candidate's own name as far as possible, are compulsory for registration. - The application fee and bank charges must be paid online. Applicants should take care while paying and avoid making several payments for a single application
- 6. One application per candidate:

- 9. First part of the form:

- 10. Registration number and password:
- On successful registration the candidate is immediately sent a registration number and password by SMS or e-mail to the mobile phone and the registered e-mail id. Details may be edited before payment
- 11. Cancelling a registration:
- Details registered wrongly cannot be edited after payment; in that case the applicant may use the Cancel Registration Form provision to cancel the registration, but the application fee already paid is not returned and a fresh fee is payable for a new registration
- 12. Second part of the form:
- After logging in with the registration number and password, the candidate fills in father's or husband's name, mother's name, address and educational qualification in the second part of the form and agrees to the declaration
