- Applications must be submitted in duplicate in the prescribed proforma along with necessary documents to the Section Officer (Minority Cell), Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, New Delhi.
- 2. Required Documents:
- Integrity certificate, list of major/minor penalties, vigilance clearance certificate, and attested photocopies of ACRs for the last five years.
