Job Details
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative, operational, and logistical support to the Director General of Shipping, acting as the central coordinating figure for the DG’s office. Responsibilities include executive office management; calendar and appointment coordination; handling official correspondence and email; protocol and tour management; documentation and knowledge management; logistics and vehicle coordination; IT and equipment readiness; petty cash and administrative finance support; and maintaining professional conduct and protocol compliance. The role also involves training participation and contributing to development of induction/training modules for support staff.
