Job Details
Electronics & Radar Development Establishment (LRDE), DRDO, Bengaluru invites Indian nationals to pursue radar-related research as Junior Research Fellows under Advt. No. 03/2026/JRF. Two JRF positions in Electronics & Communication Engineering are offered with an initial tenure of 2 years, extendable up to a maximum of 4 years as per DRDO fellowship scheme. Selection will be through document verification, a written test (if necessary) and interview during a walk-in on 08 Oct 2026. Fellowship stipend is ₹37,000 per month plus admissible HRA. The fellowship does not confer any right for absorption in DRDO.

- Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible.

> Gross Salary: ₹37,000 Monthly

- 5. Employed candidates:
- Bring NOC from employer if currently employed in Government Departments/Autonomous Bodies/PSU.
Selection Process
- 1. Screening & verification:
- Verification of original documents from 0900 hrs onwards on the day of walk-in.
- 2. Written test (if necessary):
- A written test may be conducted, followed by interview on the same day.
- 3. Merit panel:
- A panel based on order of merit will operate for one year for current and anticipated vacancies.

- Upper age limit relaxable for SC/ST/OBC as per Government of India rules.

- Original certificates/testimonials regarding qualifications and experience for verification (provisional degree acceptable if all original marks sheets are available).

- If any certificate is in a language other than English, attach a duly self-attested English transcript.
- 4. Photo ID:

- 5. NOC:
- No Objection Certificate from employer for currently employed candidates in Government/Autonomous Bodies/PSU.
- 6. Attachments list (as per format):
- Self-attested copies of educational qualification certificates, GATE score card, experience certificates, proof of date of birth, address proof, CGPA-to-percentage conversion proof (if applicable), category support document (if applicable), and government-issued photo ID.
