2. Consultant Grade 1

- Educational Qualification: Master's Degree from a recognized university.
3. Consultant Grade 2

- Educational Qualification: Master's Degree from a recognized university.
Salary Details
> Salary Range: ₹70,000 - ₹2,65,000 Monthly
> Allowances: Inclusive of all applicable taxes, no additional allowances.
How to Apply
- 1. Application Process:
- Details will be provided in the official advertisement at the time of recruitment.
Selection Process
- 1. Selection Committee:
- A Screening and Selection Committee will be constituted with the approval of the Secretary, Textiles.
Document Requirements
- 1. Verification:
- Engagement is subject to verification of educational qualifications and experience documents.
Important Instructions
- 1. Contractual Nature:
- Engagement is purely contractual and does not confer any claim for subsequent employment with the Ministry.
- 2. Performance Evaluation:
- Extension of tenure and annual remuneration enhancement are based on performance evaluation.
Training Details
- 1. Mandatory Training:
- Independent Consultants must complete the Dakshta for Young Professionals course on iGot within two months of joining.
Bond or Service Agreement
- 1. Non-Disclosure Agreement:
- Consultants must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with a mandatory two-year cooling-off period post-contract.
Disqualification Criteria
- 1. Termination Conditions:
- Engagement can be terminated for serious failure to perform tasks or failure to observe conduct standards.
Other Information
- 1. Guidelines Applicability:
- These guidelines are not applicable to retired government servants hired as consultants.
