Job Details
Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Border Management invites applications for appointment to the post of Member (Planning & Development) of the Land Ports Authority of India (LPAI). The Member (P&D) is a whole‑time Member at Joint Secretary level, selected on deputation or contract basis by a Search‑cum‑Selection Committee and appointed with ACC approval. Applicants should have experience in construction of project, contract management and public procurement, and possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Tenure is five years from assumption of office or till the age of sixty years, whichever is earlier. The latest notice extends the application deadline to 30.09.2026.
