Job Details
NISE is engaging personnel on short‑term contract at Gurugram. Assistant Engineer (Civil): monitor ongoing/proposed civil projects; prepare detailed plans, designs and CPWD DSR/non‑DSR estimates; scrutinize estimates/plans before submission; manage records and coordinate with agencies, ensure recovery and compliance with Govt/GFR rules. Senior Accountant (F&A): finalize and prepare Institute financial statements; ensure financial management and statutory compliance (Income Tax, GST, TDS); report on utilization of plan scheme funds; coordinate with auditors and banks; maintain internal control; supervise F&A division; prepare budget estimates. Consultant (CNA–F&A): handle PFMS portal including CNA/TSA module; prepare day‑to‑day vouchers and PFMS payment advice; perform bank reconciliation in Tally; coordinate with banks, MNRE and implementing agencies for CNA compliances; monitor NISE bank accounts and ensure timely CNA/TSA policy compliances. Engagement is initially for one year and extendable up to three years based on performance and requirement.
