- SC/ST candidates can avail ‘Free Travel Authority’ (free Railway Pass).
Document Requirements
- 1. Required Documents:
- Candidates have to upload scanned JPEG image of recent clear colour passport size photograph and signature as per prescribed specifications of the CEN. SC/ST candidates have to upload Caste Certificate who wish to avail Free Travel pass.
- 2. Document Size:
- The caste certificate should be up to 500 KB in pdf format; recent clear colour passport size photograph should be between 30 KB to 70 KB in JPEG format and signature should be between 30 KB to 70 KB in JPEG format.
- 3. Attestation Form photograph:
- Affix a signed recent passport-size photograph (approx. 5 cm × 7 cm) on the Attestation Form.
- 4. Identity numbers:
- Provide Aadhaar Card No. (if available) and PAN No. (if available) in the Attestation Form.
- 5. Residential history:
- Furnish particulars of places of residence for more than one year at a time during the preceding five years; for stay abroad (including Pakistan), give all places where resided for more than one year after attaining 21 years of age.
- 6. Family particulars:
- Provide details of father, mother and spouse; and information on son(s)/daughter(s) if studying/living in a foreign country.
- 7. Education history:
- List places of education in schools/colleges with years since the 15th year of age, including dates of entering and leaving and examinations passed.
- 8. Employment history:
- If held/holding appointment under Central/State Govt./Semi‑Govt./Quasi‑Govt./Autonomous body/PSU/Private firm, provide full particulars with dates, designation, emoluments, employer’s address and reasons for leaving; indicate if any disciplinary proceedings or notice under CCS (Temporary Service) Rules applied.
- 9. Legal/disciplinary disclosures:
- Answer Yes/No to detention, arrest, prosecution, pending criminal case, conviction, discharge/expulsion/withdrawal from training, rustication, or debarment by PSC/SSC; if ‘Yes’, furnish full particulars.
- 10. References and declaration:
- Provide names of two responsible persons/references; sign the declaration with date and place. Office will fill appointment authority details and post for which candidate is being considered.
