Job Details
Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) seeks to fill the post of Joint Advisor at its Camp Office Guwahati (under Regional Office Kolkata) on deputation on foreign service terms, initially for three years. Eligible officers are from Central/State/UT Governments, autonomous/statutory bodies, PSUs, recognised universities or recognised research institutions, holding an analogous post, or with four years of regular service in Level-12, or with at least twelve years’ regular service in Group ‘A’ including six years in Level-11. Essential qualification requires experience in the relevant field and one or more of the following: specified engineering degrees recognised by AICTE; Master’s/Bachelor’s in listed disciplines from UGC-recognised institutions; or membership of ICAI/ICMAI. Pay is at Level-13 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (Rs. 123100–215900) with applicable allowances. Applications must be submitted online and a duly attested hard copy with ACRs/APARs (last five years), vigilance/disciplinary clearance and cadre clearance must be forwarded through proper channel to TRAI by the stated closing date. The maximum age for appointment on deputation is 56 years on the last date of submission; deputation will be governed by DoP&T OM No. 6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay II) dated 17 June, 2010, as amended.
