Job Details
The Principal Chief Projects will lead and oversee multiple programs/projects; provide leadership to project teams; supervise drafting and preparation of RFPs, EOIs, contract agreements, MoUs, LoIs and work orders; work with sponsors and cross-functional teams to define scope, resources, work plans, budgets and timelines; manage program/project teams for ROI; coordinate cross-project initiatives; identify requirements for teams and vendors; develop/manage project budgets and deliver against business goals; identify and manage risks and opportunities; analyze and report on program risks; and perform any other duties as assigned by management. Posting will be at Corporate Office, Noida/Head Office, Delhi. Engagement is on full-time contract initially for 1 year, extendable based on requirement and performance.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Essential qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Electronics/E&TC/IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical or allied disciplines from a recognized Institute/University.
- Desirable qualification: MBA (Finance/Operations/Projects), PG Diploma in Contract Management/Project Management, PMP Certification.
- Experience: At least 10 years in Program/Project Management with exposure to high value projects and project documentation; well-versed with Govt. regulations, CVC guidelines and labour laws.
- Previous employment status: Regular (non-contractual) service of at least 20 years in CPSEs/Central Govt. Group ‘A’ (including Armed/Para Military) or eligible State PSEs (turnover ≥ Rs. 500 Cr for past 3 years).
- Last pay drawn: CDA 7th CPC Rs. 78,800–2,09,200 (or PB-3 + GP Rs. 7600) / IDA Rs. 32,900–58,000 (pre-3rd PRC) / IDA Rs. 80,000–2,20,000 (post-3rd PRC).
