Job Details
Udupi Cochin Shipyard Limited (UCSL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Cochin Shipyard Limited, is recruiting one Draftsman (Mechanical) on regular roll at Malpe, Karnataka. The role requires a three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 60% marks and a minimum of two years post-qualification experience/training as a Ship Draftsman or Draftsman in a shipyard, engineering company, ship design organization, or Government/Semi-Government company/establishment. Experience with 3D modeling tools such as Tribon/CADMATIC and CAD design is desirable. Selection comprises a Phase I objective offline test (70 marks, 75 minutes, no negative marking) and a Phase II Practical Test in CAD (30 marks), with a minimum of 50% required in each phase.
