2. Register and confirm:
Register with a unique email ID (used as username). An auto‑generated email with a PDF link (valid for 14 days) is sent for email confirmation; confirm and then sign in.
3. Create My Profile:
Complete Personal Data, Educational Qualifications, Work Experience, Other Certificates/Skills and Attachments; then review under Overview and Release and click Complete.
4. Apply to a post:
Open the advertised post, click Apply to start the Application Wizard and answer any questionnaire.
5. Payment step:
