How to Apply
- 1. Application Format:
- Send application in the prescribed format (Annexure-A) along with certified copies of required documents.
- 2. Submission Channel:
- Applications must be forwarded through proper channel (Cadre Controlling Authority). An advance copy may be sent directly; however, it will not be considered without official recommendation and required clearances.
- 3. Deadline Compliance:
- Ensure the application reaches on or before the last date, now extended to 05.10.2026.

Selection Process
- 1. Selection Committee:
- A Search-cum-Selection Committee will consider the applications for appointment.
- 2. Appointment approval:
- Appointment will be made after approval of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) as per DoPT O.M. No. 27/2/2009-EO (SM.II) dated 16.07.2009.
- 3. Joining requirement:
- Selected candidate must join within the stipulated period; if not joined within 30 days, a 15 days notice will be issued leading to possible debarment as per procedure.
Document Requirements
- 1. Mandatory enclosures:
- Cadre clearance, vigilance clearance, ACR/APAR dossiers or certified ACRs for the last five years, details of debarment (if any) and cooling off in respect of past Central deputation.
- 2. If on Central deputation:
- Nomination to be forwarded with approval of the Minister-in-charge concerned.
Important Instructions
- 1. Applications after due date:
- Applications received after the last date will not be considered.
- 2. Incomplete applications:
- Incomplete applications will be rejected.
- 3. Terms unchanged:
- All other terms and conditions of the original advertisement remain unchanged.
- 4. No need to re-apply:
- Candidates who have already applied under earlier circulars need not re-apply.
Disqualification Criteria
- 1. Late/Incomplete:
- Applications received after the last date or incomplete applications will be rejected.
