- Three members recommend Annual CTC with fixed/variable split and any annual increment, or mark ‘CTC Not Recommended’ if not found suitable for selection.
- 3. Acceptance/decline:
- Candidate’s acceptance or decline of the Annual CTC offer is recorded on the form.
Document Requirements
- 1. Proofs to attach:
- Latest copy of Form 16/26AS, offer letter, salary slips of last 3 months, promotion letter (if applicable), and part of last 6 months’ salary account statement evidencing fixed and variable payout.
