- www.cochinshipyard.in (Career page, Hooghly CSL) or www.hooghlycsl.com (Career page), from 09.12.2025 at 10:00 hrs to 29.12.2025. Applications submitted directly or by any other mode shall not be accepted.
- 4. Uploads:
- All certificates proving age, educational qualification, experience and caste, together with a recent passport size colour photograph, must be uploaded in the SAP online application portal, failing which the candidature shall be rejected
- 5. Accuracy:
- All entries must be correctly filled in and the application submitted successfully. Data cannot be changed after final submission, and filling garbage or junk details in any field can lead to rejection.
- 6. Application status:
- On successful submission the status shows as "In process". Applicants should log in to My Applications and confirm this status. Incomplete, withdrawn or draft applications shall not be considered.
- 7. Registration number:
- Retain a soft copy or printout of the online application carrying the unique registration number generated by the system. The number is issued only on successful submission and must be quoted in any correspondence with Hooghly CSL.

- The short-listing is purely provisional and subject to medical fitness and verification of original certificates in proof of age, qualification, experience, caste etc. If at the time of joining a short-listed candidate is found not to meet the eligibility requirements, fails to produce certificates in original, or if at any stage any information is found false or incorrect, the candidature will be cancelled / rejected without any further notice.
