- 2. Two phases:
- The application consists of two phases - one-time registration in the SAP online portal, and submission of the application against the applicable post.
- 3. Application window:
- The portal is open from 6th August 2025 at 10:00 hrs to 26th August 2025. Applications submitted direct or by any other mode shall not be accepted.
- 4. One application only:
- Applicants should not submit more than one application. An application once submitted shall be final, and changes to data after final submission will not be considered.
- 5. Uploads required:
- All certificates towards proof of age, educational qualification, experience and caste, and a recent passport size colour photograph, must be uploaded in the SAP online application portal, failing which the candidature shall be rejected.
- 6. Confirm status:
- On successful submission the application status shall show as 'In process'. Applicants should log in to My Applications and confirm this status to ensure the process is complete.
- 7. Registration number:
- Applicants should retain a soft copy or printout of the online application containing the unique registration number generated by the system, which is issued only on successful submission and must be quoted in any correspondence with Hooghly CSL.
- 8. Nothing by post:
- Applicants need not send the online application printout, certificates, or application fee by DD/Challan/Cheque by post to Hooghly Cochin Shipyard Limited.
- 9. Apply early:
